RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Great Counsel Eyewear Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at greatcounseleyewear.com. Our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount, and we have outlined our return policy below for your reference:
30-Day Return Framework:
• Purchases made directly from greatcounseleyewear.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
• Products bought at other retailers should be returned to the point of purchase and are not eligible for returns to us.
• Returns arriving post the 30-day window will be sent back at the cost of the sender.
Return Requirements:
• Items should be in a like-new, resellable condition.
• Items with customized lenses (e.g., prescription, custom tint, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Note: Scratched lenses are considered regular wear and are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return:
1. Respond to your order confirmation email with “Return” as the subject, mentioning the reason and your Order # in the email.
2. Or, chat with our live representatives at greatcounseleyewear.com for return guidance.
Shipping and Packaging:
• Returns should be sent with the provided shipping label.
• Ensure the return has a valid greatcounseleyewear.com packing slip and the provided Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
• Securely package the items in their original condition, with all included accessories such as temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, and booklets.
• Use the original outer shipping carton or a sturdy substitute with equivalent protection for fragile items.
• Attach a copy of the greatcounseleyewear.com packing slip and jot down the RMA# on top. Keep a record of the shipping tracking number.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that don't adhere to our return policy. Non-conforming returns will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
